Two days in and so far, so good.
I've kept the calorie count well under 2,000 and been to the gym both days. The biggest thing I've been fighting is depression. Not clinical, mind you, but the kind that comes with two days of gray clouds and rain and a trip to the local job fair. What a joke that is around here for people that have no advanced technical skills.
My biggest trigger for eating is the aforementioned depression but with keeping busy and having a goal, that has made it easier. Writing all the food down really does help. I'm less inclined to just randomly eat something because it's there if I know I have to add it to the calorie list. I guess we'll see how long tuna fish and rice cakes last.
