Grocery store carts

 Now I know this is a pretty insignificant thing, among the pretty insignificant things that occupy my time, but why can't more grocery stores put their carts like Publix does, as shown here.
 Melanie and I shop at the SuperWalmart just down the road and they make you pull your cart out, front end first. More often than not the carts get stuck together and then it's a search among the rows to find one that isn't stuck.
  Like I said, it's a little thing.
